1A ADULT FITNESS PROGRAM

Here's what you get:

  • This 4-week, adult-only morning fitness series is designed to build strength, energy, and consistency — no experience required. As our pilot program, we’re offering it at a special introductory price to get things started and gather your valuable feedback.

    Whether you're looking to move better, train hard, or simply take care of yourself in a focused setting, this program supports real progress in a small-group environment.

    Program details:
    Two fitness classes per week (Mondays & Wednesdays)
    • Small group format for personalized coaching
    • Total-body workouts for all fitness levels
    • Private training space at the 1A facility

    Dates: September 8 – October 1, Every Monday & Wednesday
    Time: 6:00 – 7:00 AM
    Cost: $99 for 8 total sessions — this is a special pilot program pricing as we launch this new offering. Regular sessions will be priced at $120, so this is a great opportunity to join at a reduced rate while we get started.
